At first it appeared to be a leaking fitting at the compressor. Turned out that I needed several new fittings, receiver/dryer, pressure relief valve, new compressor and new condenser cooling fan. Unfortunately it was not possible to diagnose all these problems until each one was completed and then the next problem made itself known. Your service team did a wonderful job finding and fixing all the concerns I had with the coach. Our job was completed one month AHEAD of promised date - that never happens. He provided pictures when asked in advance to us coming to the shop for pick-up. We were very pleased with the work done. And while it was distressing to get ready to take the coach only to find the steps wouldn’t extend due to the battery being drained, Vince immediately responded when called and enlisted the assistance of Francisco to troubleshoot and get the batteries charged and all systems operating normally. Vince went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction - even perfectly reloading one of the basement storage compartments that had to be emptied to access one of the systems.
